Default This is what I like about Intense Motorsports....

There are many vendors on the forum. I'd like to consider all of them a great asset to our community. As we all know, there are some that exemplify the standard of professionalism and quality of service. Darren and his staff at Intense Motorsports are that such.

Any transaction I have completed with this vendor has been nothing less than pleasantly smooth. A prime example was yesterday:

I contacted Intense Motorsports via phone @ approximately 3pm, requested a price quote, had Darren check availability, then made my payment. Within 15mins I recieved an invoice via email. By 6pm I recieved UPS tracking info via email as well. This is what I call quality service. Payment, invoice, shipped, and tracking information provided all in the same day.

Thanks guys, I just wanted to give credit where credit is due and let the Z community know what a good job you guys do.

+1 on Intense Motorsports

I am new to the Z, so I generally have a lot of questions about the car before I order new parts for it. The guys at Intense are great. They actually take the time out to explain the differences between each part in question and don't try to brush you off if it seems like you're asking too many questions. I have ordered the Injen SES, Stillen intakes, smoked front markers and Hotchkis springs from them. The parts always show up packed secure and in great shape and I have yet to have a problem with them.

They are truly an asset and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

yup, I love them too. also they can paint inhouse kits b4 sending them out!

I only want to say their painting process it great.. service wasnt all that good for me..

+1, I've always had good luck with them. Performance Nissan on the other hand....it was like pulling teeth to find out when my wheel spacers were going to ship, or to even get an invoice emailed to me.

Darren is a stand up guy, I have order from him and will continue to do so in the future. If any problems arrise he stands behind what he sells I know this first hand.

ahh, my first few purchases were like as above. However, my last purchase of a GT Spec Tie bar was bad. I ordered on a friday, so i waited untill monday to check for invoice and tracking, got invoice, but no tracking. I called in that morning, was told i'll have by end of the day. It never comes, next day didnt come either. I finally call back, and was told it was never shipped. I picked the blue color instead of metallic green. Blue was outta stock, but no one told me anything untill i called after a few days of not getting a tracking number. It was horrible, just sucks i had to wait longer after already being promised a Wednesday del. date. All in all, it took till next Wed to get it, which lagged my install. =/

However, there still #1 to me. But i might just go ahead and pay a bit extra at Perf. Nissan and get it same day since its only a few freeway exits away from me.

+1 @ Darren and intense. I contacted Darren about JWT Clutch / Flywheel combo and got a reply alomost immediately with very helpful information. It was in stock too, which always helps, now we have to see if i have any shipping problems (crosses fingers)

BUT I'm awaiting an invoice in my email inbox *hint hint* - my name is Anthony Lloyd, if that helps

other than that, i like.
