For clarification issues, they were in fact the stock 18" touring wheels, I would probably be a little more angry if they were aftermarket. I didn't have any wheels locks on there but something tells me if they wanted them bad enough they would have found a way to get them even if I did. I was mad when I first found out, but then I realized first of all it was 4:30am and I was tired and ready to go to bed, and me getting angry and beating the **** out of things would not make my wheels come back. I have also learned that in bad situations you have to try to make the best of it and not let everything get you down because like the saying goes, "**** happens". My roommate actually had his 2001 GSXR1000 jacked from the parking lot last year. Its sad that small college towns are getting overrun by theifs and crack heads and I can't even park my car in the parking lot without having to worry about getting my stock wheels stolen
. Talked to someone from AllState this morning and they said they would try to get an adjuster out here tomorrow. I told them that I was planning on going out of town tomorrow and they said to go ahead and order the new wheels through Nissan and they would reimburse me after the adjuster was able to look at the car. Guess we will see how this all works out.

if you can help it, don't let the ins company order new wheels for you. The MSRP on your stockers is about $775 per wheel! If they honor the MSRP plus the cost of new tires, you could be looking at a $3500-$4000 check. That's some nice aftermarket wheels, or used stockers plus cash!
^ +1 on the above suggestion (and it's not insurance fraud to do that). You can just ask them to give you the check for the replacement cost of the wheels and that you will purchase them yourself. Then you can get whatever you want.

Whoever did it must have planned it out pretty well because the security guard said he drove by there 15-20 minutes earlier and everything was fine, he went to the other end of the apartment complex to talk to a police officer about a drug bust and when he drove back up to this side it was on blocks. F*ckers.. At least they set it on blocks though instead of just dropping it on the concrete.
What a sh1tty start to the day
I suppose I will be dealing with the insurance company later..

Hah. Yeah, if I used the insurance money to buy some cheap *** wheels and spent the rest on crack or strippers then that might be closer to insurance fraud, but I'm pretty sure spending the money I get for wheels on wheels would not be fraud.
I will probably wind up investing in a viper alarm system as well. Just want something loud that will scare the theives away and draw attention to the security guard. Hell, I might even give him one of the remotes
