probably your catalytic converter if you still have one (stock exhaust). if not that it's your clutch, but the two smell different. the c. c. smells like rotten eggs, and the clutch smells like burnt rubber mixed with something dead (hard to describe)--i know this from experience because the crossfire i had before's clutch shattered and you could smell in the car and really bad when the hood was opened. my
'07 had a strange smell from the engine for the first 200-400 miles--from the engine being new.

lol FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!! i redline mine almost every 5 -10 mins of driving........
its a sports car...........still perfect i get that burning smell also but i thought it was from my hks system.......you know what im going to check my oil right now lol
