Think about this! If you can get that ultra low rate of 1.2%, i couldnt imagine the rate you will get when you get a loan for a house. Maybe ur so good that they will give you half a percent for 30 yrs fixed mortgage.

To prove urself in this situation and clear up what u started with 1.2% pls post that paperwork that you got from them. I hate to ask you this but it will help you clear up ur name that ur such a BS eeeerrrr!!! Once you post that, then that will be a slap to our face!!! c'mon man bring it on since ur Uncle Sams Misguided Child...USMC

Dude, I think you are taking this way too personally. The guy mentioned his schooling, his background, the institution, and other people have backed him up on USAA.

He didn't have to tell us all this, but he did because why? Because He happened to not check back here right away to answer some guy's insistent question and people started to attack him, calling out BS because he doesn't check this thread every 5 minutes to reply. So it became some kind of drama once again on this board.

His original post was just a statement. If I was in the military and had that kind of benefit, I would be bragging about it too. I think he's just happy about his awsome loan. I don't think he put it up to compete in a contest.

I think we all should take a breather here...

Well USAA would have to be some kind of dumb to loan money at that rate. I am calling them today to get as many loans as I can get with them at that rate and then I am putting the money into a CD for 5-6%. Talk about a quick return on your money.

I am glad someone backed me up on the loan. To Joel350z...I think itt is ridiculous to post anything that has to do with proving I have a loan at 1.2% I am not trying to "slap" anyone in the face. Ask around and you will find many military members who bank with USAA and are very familiar with the loan. If you are still not satisfied I posted USAA's number and you can call them yourself. We all drive Z's and we are all adults...let's try to act like it.......Oh and I am USAF not USMC...thanks guys and gals....

Well considering rear wheel drive, it costs more to produce, limited market, more toys, etc, etc. Most people have a preconception that sports car are more expensive and as a general rule they are because of the aforementioned reasons.

I believe an apology is in order.
