I would say F/I, maybe a Vortech! Not to expensive, yet reliable some quality rims, suspension and you still have a enough for your audio. 5K on audio, do you compete, I wouldnt spend more than $1500 and that includes the in-dash, but thats me! Good luck.

sway bars, tein coilovers, adjustable upper front control arms and rear camber/toe arms
this way you can slam the **** out of it and tuck whatever wheels you choose and it will still handle well

New intake manifold, plenum spacer 5/16 inch, true duel exhaust, high flow cats/straight pipes (depending on your state restictions), JWT ram air intake just to start you off thats about $3,200 right there

Every dollar you spend on your car, its going to depreciate. While investing usually keeps earning.. maybe 11k will become 22k soon. Then you can spend 11k on car, and leave the 11k on investing again..
