The dealer where I got my car from here in town, has had a rear bumper on order for 2 months. The car was backed into a pole by the original lady who bought it then returned it. The dealer is trying to fix it but they can't get the part in.

 

did she realized that you cant just dumped the clutch in reverse?

 

sometimes you can do a stop-the-presses if it is a hot case, but that doesnt assure that you get the part fasst.You get it quicker than normal but still takes some time.We had to do it on a 07 sentra ser trans.A stop-the-presses is the highest level a dealer can take a parts order.The numbers come up, but no availability in the pdc's.There are ways to get them just takes time for them to make enough to get into circulation.

 

One of the salesmen there told me that it was another salesman that backed it into the pole

You won't be able to order NISMO parts at all. Now confirmed.

That is why no dealer has actually gotten one in their hands yet.
