Well after stupidly believing that my dealer actually knew something about delivery time, I am still sitting here, like the rest of you, wondering if anybody knows anything! So once again, another Nissan customer has been mislead by the dealer. I don't really care when the damn car comes in, just tell me some freakin facts!

Oh well, I was never 100% convinced anyway. So what is that crow pie recipe?

 

Pelzi, I feel compelled to stick up for Todd! I really believe that you must have misunderstood him when you originally talked too him. True there are some ignorant dealers out there but I know that Todd is not one of them. Todd is very much in the know about this pre-order program, and he is an enthusiast, and for one I feel very lucky to have gone through him, even though he is 2000 miles away from me!! But the fact is, he does know something about delivery time!!!

 

I hear ya, just not sure why two guys at the same dealer are giving two different answers! UGGHH!

Does this mean that you will have alittle more faith in what I am told.....By no means am I 100 percent correct....but I tend to be better the 70 percent IMHO.

SERIOUSLY.....I only share info to try to help or to inform what I was told by what I believe to be as a reliable source or sources.

I been playing this game for 6 months....trust me i think I'm getting good at it. I have met alot of friends along the way.

I do think i know alot about the Z but I am more than happy to admit what I dont know too.

I just wanna help and my intentions are good. i just wish i had the connections like RXO but all I am is a guy who knows how to get through red tape and get answers from the right people. By the way it took awhile on finding who those people were.

Now that I found out who is good and who is.....the game is over. i wish i could send myself a email 4 months ago and tell me who to call and who not to...Oh well live and learn.

I guess i can keep this info for when the next model of Z comes out in 5-10 years.

Went to the dealer tonight...

Good news: my Z is the first one on the list

Bad news: my Z is scheduled for delivery on AUG 31 not AUG 3(my sales guy read the sheet wrong!)


I talked to Todd for a while, and yes, he does know his stuff. I actually got to see the shipping sheets. At least now I have some facts.

By the way, Abyss, I never doubted your knowledge, just didn't like the tone of your reply to my post. But indeed it turns out that Aug 3 delivery was a bunch of crap.

Indeed, our z's are now on a boat in the middle of the Pacific.
