Of course, I'd want it all to myself at 3am in the morning with a slower return trip later in the day so I could stop and take in all the sites up close. Man, I miss the islands.

Vacaville (near Sacramento CA) to Phoenix AZ through Los Angeles, non-stop. It was fun, but once I hit the Grapevine (I-5 near LA), my hood and windshield were ruined by wind gusts picking up gravel and trash.

Round trip from Kansas City to Key West. A total of 6 days on the road, approximately 60 hours. The last 2 days my butt was getting sore.
