Smile 2003 or 2004 Coupe? Order now or later?

Need some help!? I'm looking to order a Silverstone 6MT Enthusiast very soon. If I order it now, I'm looking at getting a 2003. If I wait till August and order, I'm looking at getting a 2004. Here's my concerns:

1. Price - If I order the 2003, looking at about $2000 under MSRP. How much is a 2004?
2. Color - Will SilverStone still exist in 2004?
3. Quality - Will the 2004 be worth the wait?
4. Time - 2003 = Aug/Sept 2004 = Dec/Jan

I'm not in a rush, just want to get what is best!

Any help is appreciated!!

The 04's probably won't be discounted for a while but the 03's probably will. I wouldn't get an '03 now unless you can get at least 2k off and even then you might want to weigh how much a 1 year newer model car is worth it to you. In short you have a lot of pondering to do.

Thanks Bill! My current quote for a 2003 ordered June 2nd would cost $2000 below MSRP. Is $2000 and waiting an additional 3/4 months going to be worth it? Will there really be much difference in the 2004??

I doubt there'll be much difference in '04, there IS a new silver color but I haven't seen it. THe good thing is if you get the car soon you can enjoy it all summer. If you wait you'll be getting near
the snow season and maybe won't want to take it on the road then - the car is low and tires slippery. Personally, if the money situation is in order I'd get the car sooner, if not wait until it is.

Financially, I'm looking at 2 months from now. So, if I was to order one June 2nd, I'd be ready in the 90 + days it takes to get the car.

If money was not an issue, would you wait for an 04? I live in Charlotte NC, so the winter is not severe. Are there that many problems with the 03's?
