Default Painted calipers ?

The Brembos have their distinct color; does anyone intend to paint their own calipers? Perhaps you Photoshop experts can show painted calipers on the various colors of the new Z.

Default don't paint

you want to powder coat them.

paint will chip over time and they will end up looking like ****.

i plan on powdercoating mine blue to match the car. it costs around 200-300$.

Is that done by a body shop or do you do it yourself?

Done by someone who specializes in it. Yea, don't paint them yourself. I did this on my Accord and it's just not worth it, it looked good for the first 6 months or so but gets so dirty and now it's starting to chip after 2 years.

You can spray them with high-temp engine block paint and you should get decent durability. But everyone is right, powder coat is the way to go - IF you are willing to spend that much on a minor cosmetic mod.
