What is the easiest solution to loose understeer?

Seems like opinions on getting rid of the understeer include springs/shocks/sways. Which is the best to loose the understeer by itself? Or do you really need to do all three? What all does the S-Tune suspension include?

S-tune comes with new struts and springs. 3/4" drop all around. Also available is the sway bar.
