Picture comparison: Z's side profile VS. all others
i think what the Z lacks is a spoiler this is just a personal opinion but i think anything short of a ricer spaceship wing makes the car in 99% of cases look 100% better especially the nismo and nismo clone spoilers
to me the lines on the z are perfect excepth the uglyness in the back it jsut seems like ti is missing something i have thought that since 2003
and i really dont see the corvettes apeal other than the fact i know it has so much power if you ask a typical woman with less car knowledge (they pic mainly on looks if they dont know the brands) they would most likely pick the Z the porche or the GT-R they just look sexier

But - I went with the Z and haven't looked back yet!
I have nothing against the Z, but I had to put an APS TT system in mine to get any satisfaction out of such an under powered car.....and the TT Z cannot compare to even a base model C6. The Vette far out-handles and out-performs the Nissan. The Z feels like an old lady's car by comparison....sloppy rather than razor sharp. And despite it's amazing reflexes, the Vette even rides better than the Z.
Styling is subjective, so opinions will vary. Having owned both, the Z, which was a nice design when it debuted, now seems rounded and dated, much like the dinosaur 911. This is a car in dire need of an update. Now occupying the Z's spot in my garage, the Vette seems much more edgy and muscular....a more exciting design by far. No doubt, by the time the C7 appears, the C6 will also seem dated....and I'll probably have something else by then.
Here's a shot of the Vette's profile compared to the dumpy, droopy Cayman, one of my first C6 (a convertible) with my 350Z, and then one more of my current C6 coupe. Since you can never have too much HP, this latest car is going to Lingenfelter in January for the 616 RWHP package.
Sorry guys, I'll take the Vette all day long....unless they add more HP to the Aston Vantage V8....that is the most beautiful car on the planet.

Maybe when your face clears up and you finally get laid by a prostitute when you're 35 or so, you might have a chance to buy a used up old Vette...it's the closest you'll ever come to having an ounce of coolness.

Ok true. Zs are only Zs. They are Nissans, so no biggie. But i think youre talking a little too highly of the Corvette. yes they are nice cars. Yes they are fast. But Corvettes arent THAT rare for you to be looking down at Zs. The way youre looking down at Zs are the way Ferraris/Lambos look down at Corvettes. THOSE you dont see too often, and are a reason to stare.

Here is another interesting side profile shot throwing in an 07 Mustang.

The corvettes bosy suggests a rear engine.

Where do you think the Z stands among these cars after 5 years since its introduction to the market?
Exotics such as Ferraris and Lambos didn't make the cut because the nature of their different design approach.
