My buddy and I were just talking about side profile of some sports cars, and he came up with this comparison shots
between the Z and other 2 door coupes that are current on the market or in near future.

Where do you think the Z stands among these cars after 5 years since its introduction to the market?
Exotics such as Ferraris and Lambos didn't make the cut because the nature of their different design approach.

 

i personally like the side profile of the corvette! it looks super sexy

 

bro tell me about it! I always park my Z by the front entrance of my work so I can check it out while I'm working. One day a C6 Z06 parked right behind me and it kinda put my Z in shame lol
I had AM V8 Vantage park behind me before too but I didn't think it looked that much better than my Z from the side, but that Z06 damn...

 

i think the g37 side profile looks the best here, even it's wheels are the best.

 

350Z looks the best. the most rounded profile.

 

i always preferred sports car with long fronts with short backs.

Best: Such a tough call, but the AM catches my eye first, then the Z and G37.

Worst: Porsche. The flow of the car is interrupted by the headlights. Its not ugly by any means, just not as pretty as the others. The Skyline also doesn't flow very well with the angled window and windshield lines.

 

The Vette. Love the angle of the back bumper....rrrr

the best in my opinion is the c6 z06. however, my mom owns one and, I had the oppurtunity to trade in my z for one. i did a week long test drive in the car and at the end of the week gave the keys back to the dealer and said keep it ill take the z. YES the car has gobs of horsepower and torque, but in terms of drive the z beats the corvette hands down. take a turn in the z at 80 or take a turn in the vette at 80, the z feels better. the gas pedal feels better in the z, and the transmission is better too.

I've driven the aston martin v8 vantage and it too is cursed with the same problem, its too cushy. its not sporty enough.

the porsche is a porsche. havent driven them but have heard bad things.

g35 is basically a 350z to me.

g37 looks to sedan like. its too big. i definitly dont like the *** anymore either.

thats just my two cents.

 

The Porsche profile has looked about the same for many years now. Past due for a re-design IMO.

 

Am I the only one that dont think the Accord should be considered a sport car????
Dont get me wrong because I have an 02 accord along with the Z and I love my accord! But I never thought of it as a sport car at all....just me, though
