Default cheapest and easiest mods

what are the cheapest and easiest mods to do for performance for the 07's? dont quite have the money for exhaust yet but i do have intakes already... i would like to know the cheapest mods that are relatively easy to do (without going into the motor or anything too invasive)

Whats with all the childish replies? Just answer his question...

if youre talking about an 07...your options are very limited.

Just save up for an exhaust. Its relatively easy and fun to install.

weight reduction, high tire pressure, remove air filters(short term only), unbolt exhaust, cut into your bumper on both sides to make intake holes lol.

how expensive is too expensive? test pipes are a fraction of the cost of most fairly decent catbacks.

How much is cheap?

HPDE is about $200.
Autocross is about $35.
Drag racing is $20.

Fix the driver first then the car.

with the proper sawzall technique, you can have your car gutted and into 10's in no time. Just buy a couple extra blades. You can reduce the weight of the z to 1500 lbs or less and couple that with a stout 300+ hp motor youll be running some sweet 1/4mile times.

Be unique

Do a search for nissan sentra. Somewhere on the 'net is an article of them trying to get the thing fast. First they take out seats, then take off the hood, then doors, then cut the roof off, then most of the back end.

Pretty funny stuff.
Maybe I can find it.

All of it here:

I don't believe there is a such thing as a cheap mod for the Z. Cheap mods are for Civics...

Only free mod I like is flipping up the part of the rear bumper b/t the exhaust tips... although this looks best with an aftermarket exhaust
