Jeez man, glad you are okay.

Hope you end up getting a brand new Z after all this. (And that your neck isn't permanently injured.)

Good luck in the future.

BTW it had 25600miles on it I think the insurance is supposed to give me the value of the car first and then there is personal injury court later on right?

In your case...i think it's up to you to bring the case or not
My case was I was @ fault and the guy did went to the hospital (like you did) but i wasn't high off of drugs nor drunk when the wreck happened and he guy never sued for personal injuries (even though he wasn't hurt from the beginning)
The insurance took care of everything (guess he got a new car as well)

I had the windshield tinted which I think kept it from breaking. You cant really tell from the pics but from where the rearview mirror is there is a lot of stress cracks going from it. Maybe its from the mirror breaking off or something?

I wouldn't count on it.. Getting $$ from an accident suit=pain in the A$$. Going on 2.5 years now since my accident that almost killed me and still a ways from even going to trial.
+1 - I've been in three serious rear enders. I'm glad your still alive. That's the most important thing ... life can not be replaced.

It's difficult to get any real $'s out of a car accident. Your lucky to recoupe what you have in your car. I have been beat up pretty bad and through Cyro have worked things out most things. I don't sleep most night still however. This is one of those nights. No one wins in a car accident. I'm a very defensive driver and always have been. Each time, I was rear ended by a drunk late at night. Twice at a red light once on the freeway with slowing traffic in the rain. Two of the three were at night last in the rain. Each car hade over $7K in damage and it's been 15 years now. I try not to drive between 9p-4a 7 days a week now.
