dude i hope your ok even though your car is totalled at least you seem like your alright. you should sue him for a jackload and pic up the gt-r lol that would be nice and even if you didnt get that you should get a brand new one out of it not one thats been through hell. if you need an attorney that will get that done for you pm me, my family lawyer is unreal.

Sorry to see the car gone but glad your alive. Watch out within the next 2 weeks. After my headon collision with a utility truck I didn't feel like anything was wrong at the time but in the 2 week span afterwards they found that my spleen, kidneys, stomach, and right lung were badly bruised, I was peeing blood, and had slight bleeding from my kidney. If anything feels wierd/out of place...go back to the ER.
I wouldn't count on it.. Getting $$ from an accident suit=pain in the A$$. Going on 2.5 years now since my accident that almost killed me and still a ways from even going to trial.
