I wouldn't normally post in a thread like this, but all of the "ouch my neck hurts" posts are bugging me. I know, I know, whiplash is the big car accident joke (or assault joke), & I thought it was until I got whiplash when I was rearended 4 years ago & have had constant neck pain ever since. So please, only claim true injuries so that insurance companies will take them seriously. They don't take "soft tissue" neck injuries seriously, even though the MRI showed that I now have an arthritic neck, & I was lucky to get the insurance company to settle for $49,000 because the adjuster was able to see that I wasn't faking it. Still not nearly enough (especially after my lawyer took his chunk) to cover what I have dealt with & will continue to experience daily.

Sorry about the 08 though, that sucks to have a new car damaged by a drunk idiot.
