Dont admit fault to his insurance companny. Call your company a report a claim and let them know that you dont feel that you where at fault. Explain to them that he was speeding and there was no way to judge how fast he was coming, also let them know if he was not speeding, you fill that you would have been able to complete your turn safely, but do to his speeding an accident occured. Let the ins companies fight it out, that is what you pay for.

Doh! I got into a car accident last week and the damage on your Z looks exactly like mine. I was at fault also. It sucks but I'm grateful that no one was injured. There were two little children in the other vehicle that I hit. Cars can be replaced but not precious lives.
