Nissan is usually pronounced, "NEE-SON," so I assume that it's "neesmo."

yo, i always think about that. People always say either tain or teen, lol. But "technically" in japanese it would be pronounced "tain" just my 2cents

ive always said neesmo, the only guy ive herd say it had an extreme asian accent, thats how he said it...

Well, everyone knows how to say "Pokemon" which is based on two words: Poket Monster, especially because of the song and the kids raving about it. So therefore if you want to keep consistency (which is not an American way of thinking - look at our language) then you would say Nees' mo.

Oh I was just referring to the discussion in general.. not really a specific thread on this forum. It's just a common topic i hear car guys discussing and this thread reminded me of it
