Drive it, mine has been to the track at minimum of 15 days a year (not the lame as drag racing crap either ) for the past 4 years. The motor will take abuse. My 03 still feels the same (actually better with the mods on it ) than my 05 with only 60k on it that is just a commuter car.

if it is not broke, don't fix it.
normal maintenance. Tune up, fluids, inspections and lubing things up. According to the "dealer" maintenance its mostly inspections of things, and changing of the plugs, oil, and maybe trans fluid. But it is set for 105k.

Just rolled my 03 over last week to 100,000. The only problem I had with it so far was to replace the clutch fork pivot bolt but that was at 60,000 miles. Defective in alot of 03 Z's supposedly.

As someone who is just beginning search/research for a Z, its great to see so many people report very little problems with 100k+ cars... especially since I am looking to buy one that inevitably will not be "low" miles (tired of car payments, want to pay cash= earlier model year than I would buy w a loan).
This is one of the reasons I have a Z in my future... after having 5 German cars that were either new or fairly new- I dont trust them after warranty. Nissan, on the other hand, makes a strong engine and a great car, as evidenced by this thread and forum in general.
This thread is great for people in my boat. Reassuring to say the least.
Thanks guys/gals.

My 2006 is at 118K mikes and counting...
It's time to check the front brakes and/or wheel bearings though!
Other than normal items (tires?) and oil changes it's 100% stock.
