Sways are not that bad. Just don't be afraid to unbolt something to make it easier. My car I had to unbolt a tie rod end. I just did not twist it at all so I will not need an alignment. The hardest part is getting the sways in. Never seems to go in the way you think.

I would agree on cost. The sway bars are not quick and easy, or I have never seen it easy on any car. Shocks and springs are at least a 3hr job for a shop. so multiply that by 60 an hr if lucky.
I did it in less than 25 mintues on our 350z. It's very easy.
