I think what they're trying to get at is that MUSTANGS ARE SLOW in general. Yea a SUPERCHARGED "V8" might be a little qicker than a Z on the straights but not quick enough remember they have 2 MORE CYLINDERS oh and a SUPERCHARGER so putting a car length on an N/A V6 is not something to be proud of. Just looking at #'s a Z should get SMOKED by an 03 cobra but in real life it does'nt happen.Mabe at the 1/4 strip yes but not on the highway.
One of my buddies has an 03 cobra and when his car was stock we ran all the time and he was always shocked the he could barely put 3/4 if his car in front of mine from an 80mph roll all i had was a JWT pop Charger.
Oh and by the way does anyone know a guy with like a in Northern Va with 2000 ish GT Lowered Reading KB BOOST on the tag that **** is super slow is all im gonna say.

ACTUALLY I DON'T THINK MY Z IS FAST AT ALL one thing the 350z Lacks is power. Thats why i drive the Z to work everyday and not my 240.
Also when someone is trying to put some SLOW POS FORD above a Z i will say something.
And a 2000 GT "V8 4.6 L with a Kenny Bell super charger" Should be good atleast for 400hp.
Why do people dog Z's so much if your looking at cars around 30-40 K the Z is the fastest,best handling and best Quality interior.

A Cobra is a stock production car, just so you know. It comes from the factory supercharged, well the 03/04 did. The only difference between the Cobra and any other ford is that two mechanics hand assemble every SVT motor. It is however, a stock factory vehicle. There are also plenty of people with Cobras that are pushing well over 550 HP with just intake, exhaust, and pulley swap. Only $2,500.00 in mods for mustang owner and still more HP than most turbo Z's. Not hating, I have an 07 350Z too, just think you might want to be a little more knowledgeable about something before you give an opinion or declare something as fact.

GT are pretty easy to race and stay even or even bean them
Cobra on the other hand are a little Challange even if your Z was TT.
but hey there will always be someone faster then you ....

I guess I've got the opposite going on on my Z right now. I've got a 275/35 on my stock performance 18's which normally come with a 245 tire on the back. I'm just trying to cram as much tire on as I can,
