i got a quote with a dealer at nissan about one and he said my monthly payments are around $1100 a month... lol soo i pulled my dad in n got a quote also with a 5g dp and still around 800-950 a month lol soo forget it... i stick with a Z

Wait, I don't get it. You were turning in to the parking lot but he was at fault? How does that work? Were you turning in, or were you already on the parking lot? Did the accident occur on the road or within the parking lot? If it's the former I'd say it looks like it's your fault as the damage suggests you tried to make a left turn in front of the guy. If it happened on the lot I'd say that you probably had the right of way based on the layout of the lot and the guy simply plowed into you. Although...40+ on a lot is pretty damn fast man, which is why I'm curious as to exactly what happened.
