R.I.P 04 db z
That was a beautiful 350Z the 3rd party front fenders was a nice touch. The whole setup was nice mags, and aero molding.
I have to say your taste in women is not bad either. Man those babes were HOT!!
It's great to know that the Z will protect it's driver in a rollover crash like that, and the driver not only live but did not have to endure a intensive care in a hospital.
You are in deed blessed. One in that you survived, two that you are getting another Z and three that you know some bad a$$ sexy women that you can get to model for the camera.

The big hint here was the "event" reference in the first post and the hesitancy to post about it till AFTER he receives his insurance check. Though, I would offer the advice to the OP that if his insurance finds out about it EVER... they WILL come after you for any policy monies they've paid out plus their costs to recover it AND perhaps some fraud charges for the misrepresentation.
In other words, if this is the route you're going to take... then don't tell anyone, EVER.
Regards,
Clark
PS - I'm witholding any moral, ethical or legal judgements as to the actions taken by the OP... I'm neither condoning his actions nor condemning them. There'll be plenty of other people doing both.

Come on, OP, man up and admit it, you wrecked your car doing something stupid and it's all on you. You wouldn't be the first but still, what a waste.

It's incredible that you walked away from such a HUGE shunt like this! Nobody talks much about the incredible safety systems built into your Nissan, but that looks like it could have been a fatal accident in a car with less body integrity! It also looks like the Z took the brunt of the accident, disappating huge amounts of energy by shedding parts and crumple zones to protect your body.
Best of luck with your new '07!

+1 after seeing the crash tests of some of those Chinese cars this kind of damage and the fact that you walked away unhurt makes me proud of our little Z's. Good looking car though. I normally can't stand the two tone look, but you pulled it off nicely.

to clarify it wasnt at all a timed event there was no timing equipment at the course. the event was held a state police training facility. i hope that clears some stuff up.
