1) Are cars with negative camber unable to drive "fast?"
2) Are lowered cars unable to drive "fast?"
3) Is there a major fixation with always driving "fast?"
4) Does anyone here honestly think cars with air suspension drive at full down (with all air out of the bags)?
5) Does everyone drive their Zs in a performance manner every time they take their car out every day?
6) Can anyone honestly admit that the majority of their driving on the streets is probably more within sane-legal-limits and thus, is not "fast?"

I like how everyone calls my car out saying its retarded, broken, etc, etc.
I don't even want to bother explaining the car. Let's just say if you think air suspension is only for low riders, people who want a shitty ride, etc. you do not know much about air suspension. You do realize that people do race on air suspension right? Whether it be grip driving or drifting, air suspension is seen in race applications. Many high end luxury and sports cars are built upon air suspensions as well.
To you minitruckers who had/have air suspensions and don't understand why it would be done to a sports car, why don't you list your suspension out and let's see what you have done. Can you run performance coilovers/struts with your air suspension? Because Does your car actually ride like stock or better? Because mine does. My car is not built to "hop." I am running small 1/4" airlines, not the big dong 1/2" lines to make a car instantly bounce up from full down. Instead, I get a slow lift similar to what is seen on the vehicles mentioned above. People need to understand that I am running an air spring. You can basically gut any coilover available on the market as long as the air spring can fit around the shock body, and replace the standard spring with the air spring. It's basically that simple. You take your pick, HKS, JIC, Cusco, Zeal, whatever. As long as the shock body is smaller than the inner diameter of the air spring, you can build your own performance air suspension.
I laugh at everyone who say "I don't understand why it would be done to a sports car" blah blah blah. I bet 90% of you don't even unleash your car's full potential regardless. You daily drive your cars to work, drive spiritedly every once in a while and thats the end of that. But do you realize, that I do the same? This is no trailer queen people, it is daily driven with -3.5 front camber and -9.5 degrees rear camber. I can say one thing though, I don't like the way the car looks in pictures. It looks completely different in person. But, maybe since I do own a marketing company and I am a media rep for various car shows, I should take some better pictures huh?
As far as my tire stretch is concerned and to those who have yet to bring it up... I bet you are the guys who run big *** wide tires and say it gives you a larger contact patch right? You do realize that wider/fatter tires doesn't necessarily mean a larger contact patch or better grip for that matter right?
Don't believe me? Do the math.
Pressure=weight/area
Figure out your contact patch. If you can, then I guess you actually know something about vehicle dynamics and then your quirky comments will actually mean something.
Oh well, can't please em all right?

I'd rather spend 3000 on something that is fun to have, useful, and makes the car a headturner rather than just another Z with a single turbo or a set of run of the mill wheels. Cookie cutter bolt on mods ftl.
Anyway, how much did the setup run you? Any pics from the install?

The low low stance the White Z is exhibiting in the pictures are just for show and hard parking. By no means does he drive the car that low. Although, he can drive it pretty low and turn with no issues.
Universal Air suspension is built on the foundation that their bags can be driven hard and be made for performance applications. They even have a Universal Air competition RX7 drift car in Japan to display this:
http://www.universalairsuspension.co...DRIFTONAIR.wmv
Furthermore, the car is built to gain attention and the owner of the car has fabricated and calculated the proper suspension modifications to accommodate such a load. It's not just a bolt on air suspension kit. But actually a well thought-out and engineered project.
But as this topic has displayed, this style is not for everyone, and what style is? That’s what makes automotive tuning so great, everyone has different tastes and flavors (or else we’ll see the same **** everywhere we go). One just has to be tolerable of different styles to appreciate and understand the ingenuity of others and not be so adamant at dismissing something at first glance.
Be constructive, but yet be respectful.

Half of the bandwagon is probably stock anyway, lol..

Maybe I will buy another 350Z and build a full track car and then see what people say I wish my setup was only worth $3000.00 haha. As far as the pictures, I am going to be working on my build log today and probably for the next few days. I will try to remember to post a link on here! The one in my signature has a few posts but I stopped updating that a while ago.
Oh and for those who may not know, those are a few of my project sponsors who chimed in. Companies don't sponsor cookie cutter vehicles my friends...remember that. There is a lot of real engineering behind the car.
