I wish people would stop blaming the rain. No accountability in our culture any more.

That car isn't totalled. Brand new '07? The insurance company will fix that LOOOONG before they pay out anything near the nearly 30k to total it. Glad no one was hurt man, everything else is replaceable.

Damn a Redline down, man that got to hurt. I will say that most people having wrecks in the 350Z are walking away buying another one. Thats testimony of how well the 350Z safety features are.

Thanks for the sacrifice, but man that hurts to see our Redline smashed up like that.

Yeah man, they won't total it. They'll probably cut a $14,000 check for repairs or whatever. My best friend actually wrapped his brand new 05 STi around a tree (with exactly 207 miles on the odo.) a couple years back after owning it for 22 hours and they wouldn't total it. They just cut a $16,500 check to repair it.

I can tell ya from experience that the rear suspension/wheelz/side skirt is 3860 bucks.... cant tell ya about the rest of it. mine broke loose pulling out of work and I hit a curb with mine. stock tires and cold/wet weather suck when you're just getting use to driving your z.

I agree on driver's error. I've taken my Z to L.V. and S.F. from L.A. many times during both good and bad weather, not to mention daily commute to and from work. Just gotta keep the right foot light and don't do anything sudden. Real sad to hear about the car though...

You do NOT WANT that Z back. If it rolled it will have significant structural damage or in other words you roll again and you die. I don't even write the estimates on vehicles which have rolled, I obvious total loss it and pay the value (I am an insurance adjuster) Whos your insurance through?

I had a dream about something like this happening, and I don't even own a Z yet!! Nightmares tonight...

I'm very very sorry to hear about this man, but I agree that it doesn't looked rolled. Are you parting anything? Dibs on navigation or leather if you had either.

Go to driving school, and make sure your next car is a Volvo with 4 cylinders and FWD.

^ agree!

If the car has rolled, by all means push it for a total lost. Although it doesn't seem like much damage to the roof, it is weaker now, and like Foxyred said, you woudn't want to be in it if it does roll again. You should really bring that point up to your insurance adjuster.

Wow, sorry to hear that but I had a similar situation where I messed up the whole rear suspension!!! I spun out and hit the curb hard on a freeway on ramp in the rain!!! If you look from the rear, the whole right side wheel was bent inwards and brught me a $3000 bill to repair everything.
