im having 2 problems with my car right now. the first is my front and back parking lights have gone out, when i press the brakes the taillights light up but other than that they wont turn on, same with the front blinker lights, its not a fuse is it maybe a relay? if so where is it.
2nd is when im driving, mostly in cold weather, it sounds like somewhere in my engine compartment theres a whirling sound almost like a whistling sound. but when i let off the gas it stops. has anyone else had this problem? please help

 

might be the relay check the fuses behind the battery...and have you added parts lately like an intake or a spacer if so recheck the connections
