I own a LeMans and, to be honest, the only reason I got it was because I got a great deal on it. It is a 2003 Touring. I purchased it in June of 2005. It had 400 miles on it and had been sitting on the lot for months. The dealer could not move it "because of the color", so he gave me a great price. When I was looking at it, a woman looking at the Z's approached me while I was looking into the windows and examing the LeMans and said, "Would you really buy that color?" When I said sure, she laughed and said that, "it's not for everybody, I guess."
I must say, I really like my LeMans Z and am very happy with it (it's certainly a rare color, which is nice), but truthfully, if given the same price I paid, I probably would have opted to go with something else... Black, Liquid Aluminum, Redline, and Interlagos Fire all come to mind...

When I first went looking for a Z; I wanted to get black with burnt orange interior. While I was at the dealer looking around I saw the LS with black interior and it looked awsome. I really think that the only car that should come in this color is the Z. I've seen other nissans with this color and they look terrible. All I get is compliments on my car. I was amazed at how many people say that this is the perfect color for my car. I still like black but I love my Lamans Sunset.

Lemans was my least favorite color for the 350Z. But when the opportunity arose, it was either a lemans Z or no Z. At that point color didn't matter. It didn't take long to grow on me. I like that it stands out more than other Zs. And no negative comments from anyone thus far.

Well if a group of our 350's pull up to park somewhere, it's usually mine that draws the colour comment, and it's always favourable. Everytime I go to the gas station or park in a carpark, same again. Mind you my LMS is always shiny, and any colour looks stunning when it's super shiny.

it's funny how people say LS is for old people. You think a color like silver, black, and white would be for old people since it's bland and really doesnt stand out. I think the LS makes the car fun and young, I dont understand this old bull#hit.

I love it and most people I talk to love it. It really sticks out especially in the sunlight. I wouldn't have it any other way, I held off buying my Z for 4 months just to find this color.
