for those who say the color is the original of the old 240z.... i disagree. neither the le mans sunset nor the solar orange come close to the beauty of this

 

No negative comments at all.

In fact I've had several people ask me the color so they can paint their current car.

Also, had a guy tell me last week, "I love that color. It looks like it's speeding while parked!"

+1 if it was an ugly color why would Nissan choose Lemans for the concept car makes no sense to me other than jelousy from those who had to settle for the other colors.....haha

I would think that the Solar Orange gets more negative comments than Lemans Sunset.

In the last couple of years, I've seen several other cars available in a very similar color so you have to figure it's pretty popular.

 

how could anyone have a negative comment about the best Z color evar?

 

I was driving on I-95 the other day and I stopped to pay a Toll and the very hot toll booth girl told me I had the hottest car she had ever seen.

 

I love mine! I've never heard anything negative. I've had it for 3 years now. I thought I would get rid of it since I did the big move from coast to coast (just couldn't do it)... I truly love my Z. I haven't opened it up much on CA roads, but did push 121 on the freeway the other night & realized why I love it so much I waited a bit since the color was out of stock, but I wanted to get what I wanted...worth it!

i have been recently changing my oppinion about a carbon fiber hood on an LS Z...

im still up in the air on it, expecially with the black already on my V2 bumper, im afraid it might get to be too much black.

 

I wanted to get my Z in LeMans but 07s didnt come in it and I definately didnt want the new orange color (forget what its called) so I decided on a Silver Alloy Z instead. Beggars cant be choosers.

 

I would have done the same and I was really glad I got mine when I did once I heard LS was no longer made. The new solar orange is just a little bit too flashy and attention getting.

 

where I am there are no le mans color z's which makes it look that much better when you see one. I have a dbz, which is also pretty hard to find (where i am).

 

And on a sunny day, when the light hits it, it's an absolute head turning colour.

 

i bought my Z because of the color. i'm a sucker for orange....hahaha. and always got nothing but positive compliments. alot of stares too.....hence the window tints. =P hehe. i prefer the lemans over the newer solar orange too.....

 

I know this might sound crazy but I have a lemans sunset Z and I'm thinking of getting it painted that tangarine looking color that comes on the srt4 neon. paint color code (PVK)
