His feedback doesn't say if it works or not. And there's a few that received their refund, thus no need for bad feedback.
How is shipping something out, cheaper than having the customers come by and pick up?

Read the comments, they are funny too!
Ex:
-i like the pricing of the chip
-very poor communication shipping way too high poor instructions slow shipping (WTF?)
-easy to deal with, great communication, fast shipping, just wished it worked
-fast shipping but a little expensive 100% HAPPY (is 2.99 a better deal then?)
-Everything good except shipping. Paid 6.95 and it was mailed with a .41 stamp (LOL)
-Cheap resister. cost me 300 dollars to fix its damage.

I am going to ask for the CS number to 'answer some questions' before I buy
