Amy... hope you have a better mod year in 2004. Just heading down for some Xmas turkey with 8 tons of stuffing... and all the trimmings... with some friends. Wish you were here to join us.

I put on a lot more than 50 miles a month.. and so do my friends. However... there are some drivers who barely touch the 50 mile per month mark (some GT-R fair weather drivers, I know).

In any event... happy holidays... and wish you and all of us a great 2004.

Creeping up on the $15,000 mark after just purchasing the Greddy TT kit and e-01 boost controller. Some engine and drivetrain mods to come, but I would have had plenty more $ to spend sooner if I didn't just buy a 2002 ford explorer xlt for a rain/winter vehicle. Either way, the mods will continue.

 

Unfortunately I can relate to almost all of you, especially you, DURSO. The HRE 545Rs and Pirelli PZeros are going to put me over $5K in one purchase when I take delivery next week. Thankfully I don't have any significant engine mods which helped me justify the extra bucks on the rims and tires.

Sometimes it's best not to think about it and just enjoy the drive...

 

My only mod was for a $5,000 S-10 which I drive when it is raining or snowing. Oh yeah, I also bought a $9.95 CD sun shade sleeve, so I guess that puts me over 5K and makes me a legitimate member of the club.

 

Off subject ...but...have been meaning to say....love your avatar...

As for mods, I am now over $16K... approaching $17K if you count dynos and minor expenses (like going to Mobil 1 oil, etc)

By summer, plans will be in effect that will likely put me in the $25K+ club... hush, hush for now, but it all begins with some FI... the rest... is a secret!

Exhaust, tints, wing, wheels, tires, and install/shipping for everything definitely puts me in right around 6 grand! Damn, and I havent even done suspension or rest of body kit yet!

But I've loved this car everyday I've had it, and every dollar put into it has been well worth it. I love my baby z

Just got news, March 10th my 04 Black base is in, Ive already spent a couple of grand on her (complete Vizage body kit tires and rims) and it isn't even off the truck yet, Very sick, Take me away to the rubber room.

 

This thread sucks, now I have to figure out how much I've spent.
