Default Please help.

I am debating whether to buy a 95'-99' bmw m3 or the new 350z. The m3's I am looking at run from 15,000 to 25,000 and are significantly cheaper than the Z. Is the performance i the Z comparable to these cars? Thanks for your time.

I think they're probably pretty close, at least reasonably close. It boils down to, really, how much are you wanting to spend and which car you like best. What about waiting a year or two and getting a used Z for a lot less--being easier on your budget--and still having a fairly new car.

Just a thought...........

I would hazard a guess that your maintenance costs on the used Beemers will outstrip the cost of a new Z that is under warranty. Check w/BMW on some of the service costs first. Regards, Jim
