Why do all of you have to make fun of younger drivers? I do not own a Z but that is what I am saving towards. I just dont understand why all of you are making fun of someone that is responsible enough to save up their money when they are that young...

you really misunderstand us. we don' thate on ALL young z owners. hell, many of us ARE young z owners. we hate on those who come in here bragging about making $250k/year at age 17. we hate on those who come in here flossin their parents' money and flashing their 'bling' then getting mad when everyone ignores their dumbas**** 'what intake should i get/is this turbonator worth $25' questions. we hate on those who get high HP, rwd cars handed to them by their stupid *** parents, then proceed to turn around and wrap it around a tree, with their little sister in the passenger seat. we hate on their stupid *** parents.

there are plenty of younger people here who have worked hard for their z's and drive them in a responsible, respectable manner. we don't hate on those folks.

 

We need a thread for college people and high-schoolers to post up info on their cars? Why, is there some info about the car that only pertains to college and high school peeps?

Alright well that I can understand.. But there are some that work hard and are responsible I just hate how some people are like "oh he is 17 or 18 he cant drive this car he will die...." There are responsible 18 year olds.

 

Ya I haven't really been hated on, mostly because I agree with what people are saying in here.

 

If you ask them I bet 99% of the teens on here would say they are responsible.

In college, this is my last year, And I bought a 03 track model a few months back. I work part time making $10 an hour. Im spoiled and my father pays my school and apartment. I pay for food, gas, insurance, car, and anything else. Im pretty much broke but I got a good deal on my loan. Through the Bank of Dad, The deal was he gets access to my checking acount and i have to have direct deposite. Every payday, he goes in and takes funds for payment/insurance. The only good thing is I can work with my monthly payment if sometimes im short, which hasnt happened yet.

And as far as young kids and "fast" cars. At 17 i leared to drive a stick on my brothers Z32TT with basic stuff made 340rwhp. After that I bought a talon tsi awd, and started to throw money at it. At 19-20 I had a 340awhp talon that went 12.12@113. No tickets for doing dumb ****, no wrecks, young people can have nice/fast/quick cars if they learn how to drive them correctly and respect it at the same time.
