I have nothing against younger, responsible drivers that actually do purchase their own vehicle. I do, however, hate all the... as someone else put it... "I make $250k/year and I'm 17" kids that flaunt their parents money as if it were their own. I'd also have to say the responsible HS / College age people represent maybe 1-2% of the entire demographic... The over 98% are stupid, reckless, and have no regard for anyone else on the road, nor do they care what effect their driving will have on anyone but them selves (sometimes they even lack that).

I only have my driving permit so my dad or mom has to ride with me

Because "everyone else" take their Z out for a ride and still can afford to legally bring home another hot, uh, ride?
High school kids have to drive home to take the trash bags out for their parent before homeworks!
