It is different. The 05 AE was the first model to have the RevUp Engine.

The plates are only for Canadian 35th AEs.

Burnt Orange seats were never available in the 35th AEs. They did however have 2 tone black with tan insert seats as an option.

I think 2 tone seats, the 06 wheels are off of the 35th, SAD! Nissan really didnt put much effort in the 35th!

The 35AE was an "über-touring" with Brembos and unique side markers (and for 6MT, the RevUp engine). Not too bad considering that they couldn't make a huge cost increase for the 35AE.

Hello all, hope y'all don't mind me jump in..I currently own a yellow 2005 35th Anniversary Edition Z, Bought it brand new in 2005. The side badge is completely differ, it's bronze bezel with gloss black finished while the reg one is silver with flat black finished. the 35th doesn't come with drilled/slotted rotors, just brembo. It's 300hps with the 06 rims. Matt should said 35th on it. Nav is optional and only come in 3 colors Black, Yellow and silverstone. Leather with orange stitches only. It doesn't have mud guards. It's basicly a combination of a track and touring. pretty much as loaded as it couldn't be for an 05 Z. there is no serial order # plate like an 08 Nismo edition. I've heard the same thing that they made like about 1000 of them. GT is for european edition maybe only in UK lol, but I know for sure not in the US spec.

In addition, early 35AE were 5AT only and came with the 287HP engine.

Mid-year, the 35AE 6MT was introduced with the 300HP (RevUp) engine at the same time as the 2005 Track model.

Everything here is true but the seats came in two tone black with tan insert...

I have Brembos bronze badges 35 th mats no nav n engine was a rev up..
I bought it with a salvage title, rebuilt my 03 after a bad accident that claimed my front suspension and rear sub frame as well as some other things... Swapped out all the parts, used the rev up in an s 14...

Car looks great, check out the pix in the profile....
