That's not such a bad thing
We tend to read and watch and avoid the controversy.

Hi John,

I was just having fun with the older set. Since I turn 66 this year, I ALMOST qualify as an "old fart" my self.

LOL!

That's called "poetic license" which means you use a phrase to make a point even if it is not true.

Happy Birthday Trains! We can only hope to be driving a Z of some description at that fabulous age. Inspiration to us all.

Oh I know, I did not take your post as negative
I love it when you post and give us "old farts" a little recognition, although at almost 54, I am one of the "young" old farts "smiles"

Have a great birthday, Bob! I am 54 with an '07 Redline Ethusiast - 6mt!
Like fine wine, as we get older we 'appreciate' a great car and have the experience to know what we are talking about! You too, are my hero!

Happy belated birthday. It's refreshing to know that you are still being young. I'm only 26 but with the stresses of work and recent homeownership I feel like I'm 46 with all of the world's weight on my shoulders. (of course driving the Z every day relieves some of that). I keep reminding myself that I only get one go-round here and I need to make it as fun as possible. Thanks for yet another reminder!

We had a friend over tonight who said her goal in life was to:

Die young as late as possible.

I think that sums it up very nicely.
