No it won't chip. I got my CRX repainted after a collision in 95. Eight years later the paint still looks great! I do have a few chips on the front bumper & hood from rocks/road debris, but that's going to happen no matter what paint you use.

 

Yeah, if it was visible and bothered me, I'd get it repainted.

 

There must be a way to get the stain out. What color is your car?

Yeah, have you tried every possible solution to getting the mark out? Have you checked the "Detailing" forum? I think it's be easier (and cheaper) to try getting it out first, even if you have to buff it.

 

Yes, I tried to hand buff/wax it... it's CHIPPED, there's not magic solution that can fix it unless you repaint it. It sucks, but what can you do. Anyhow, thanks for all input!

 

Man, I've got that SAME problem. It wasn't even someone that had something out for me. Supposedly there were some young-uns running around my neighborhood in a late 80's sentra, that just drove around and randomly egged parked cars. It's been a while since I've heard of any other spree's, but everytime I see the egg shell scratches it p1sses the **** outta me.

 

No way it happened to three people in so cali in about the same time. It happened to me alittle over a week ago! I was mad but got over it. My brother FX45 has THREE large egg marks on the side of his door.

Its worse than it shows in the pic. It stands out cuz its white egg marks on a blue car!

 

Yeah, I believe mine was done randomly by some little *****. I constantly look out the window now along with something else that's handy in case of that emergency.

Yes, and my egg mark look just like that. It has a bit of white in it because it chipped the paint.
