Keep the Z or upgrade the Z?
I just wanted to kno how many ppl will decide whether to keep there 350z or upgrade when the 370z comes out.
now the 350z are fair on the mpg so gas shouldn't be the issue.. I'm getting like 24 city and 29 highway.

I love the way my 07 350 looks and everything about it! Im keeping it for a LONG time and going to upgrade it!
The new TT on the Z is amazing. 500hp from a stock block? Who could ask for more?!

I have always questioned myself on what I should do.
Should I trade my 03 in for an 07 HR Motor?
Should I wait for the 370Z?
I then realized if I upgraded to either the HR or the 370Z, I wouldn't be able to afford a turbo, AND people are going to have to wait for the Turbo kits to be made anyway.
03 Turbo Z > non turbo HR
03 Turbo Z > non turbo 370Z
Its a no brainer to me, I save for FI on my DE motor.

As a brand new 2008 Z owner, I'd say you have to look at it one of two ways. Either you get an existing model now and save a few grand, or pay a marked up price for the newer model when it comes out. Some people may say they don't like the new model, but new is new and you can't argue with that. It's more of a budget question than anything else. Although, since you have a first run Z33 it honestly makes sense to wait for the 370Z.
look at it this way
if you like how the new model looks, like how it drives, you feel comfortable in in it, and have the money for the trade or what not, than go for it

hmm from my understanding it's cheaper to hook up the Z and make it look unique. I shall keep my 350z! no more car payments! that would be great..

This is supposed to be a 370Z. If this is so I'd never trade a 350Z for it. They have destroyed the bodyline. Look at those droopy lid headlights, the scoop behind the front wheel, and those strange uprights in the grille area. There is also some strange sculptured area on the side of the grille. Far better they came up with a completely new design instead of cannibalizing the old one.

Anyway, I think you should wait how the 370 will actually look like in person and see how it performs. Decide then.
