Well~ i purchased some stuff from EVO-R a while ago ..
Shipping was quiet fast got them within 2 weeks after ordered .
The products are not perfect but ok i think .. thats what i expected..
BTW all these evor products are made in TAIWAN according to the box i ordered everytime when its shipped to me . Im Taiwanese ...so i think evo r- Jay is in states whenever he got orders , he has to get his ordering list fax to taiwan so they can make it or pack it for shipping , so basically nothing to do with Jay evo r .... Hes just the guy taking orders and fax out all the infors .. well thats my guess ...

Well when I woke up this AM I had a message from Jay. He asked for the backup info regarding what he owed me.
I got that to him this morning and was almost immediately issued a credit for the amount owed ($420+).
It took 3 years, but Evo-R and I are finally settled monetarily. Thank you, Jay.
I want to thank the OP for starting this thread. It succeeded where all of my other contact attempts and posts within GB threads failed.
What I still don't understand is why there are all of these people in this thread who are unhappy yet Evo-R has only received two negative itrader ratings (mine being one of them). This is a comunity and the purpose of this system is to report / warn other community members of bad experiences we have had. Use the system!

I too ordered a dash kit from J through the group buy on friday and mines was shipped with a tracking number yesterday (monday). I pm'd J to thank him for the quick transaction thus far and he replied "let's hope it makes it there safe"......now i'm nervous! I'll keep you guys posted.

It just sounds like bad customer service or low quality products to me. Remember there are two sides to every story.

I purchased a V1 Lip painted. He was very responsive up until the point I sent out the money. Then I didnt hear any responses back from him until I created a thread similar to yours. I eventually got my lip a week or so later but it gave me a headache trying to get any info out of him.
All in all I'm very happy with the painted finish and the near perfect fitments. But I dont think I would purchase from him again though. Just seems to iffy, and to much of a headache.

Thx for the response Jay. I'm still bummed that you didn't receive my new address email.. how about the other emails that didn't get a response and my voicemail messages?. I'm going to take some time out of my day tomorrow to try to track this package down... hopefully the new tenant didnt swipe it or toss it.
I still think that the whole ordeal leaves much to be desired. Hopefully you can use this as a turning point to make make things drasctically better or realize sales and service is not for you.
