He probably has it set to where a certain amount it will accept the bid at. It just declines me when I do it too.

Yeah I think he seriously believes everything he says and to him its real. This is one strange demented guy with what seems to be lots of serious issues.

I used to work with someone who lied like that. Everything he said he actually believed.
