Since you say you paid him back, where is the receipt? don't tell me you sent him money and didn't document it? Did you use paypal? do a print screen of the transaction, if you can't produce that, show your CC statement or back statement showing -$350.00

yes ups does give money back for a damaged object
however they give the check to the person who sends the object
thus zonic03 got the check and didn't give me a dime back
