DO NOT BUY FROM zonic03!!!
So i bought a carbon fiber hood of a seller (zonic03) of my350z
on Mar. 13, 2008 for $350.00
however the shipment was damaged via UPS
the package was insured so i followed UPS's instructions and sent the hood back to cali (place were hood was shipped)
UPS issued a check to the sender of the item (David Campo-zonic03) for 450.00 on may 1st
and now he isnt giving me 350.00 back
what legal actions do i need to take to get my $350.0 back
i bought the hood using Paypal
i have documents on everything
i have his cell phone as well
and info to bring him down will help

 

Can't you file a claim with paypal? I thought they'd just ****** the money right back if you ever file a claim, but i'm not sure about that. Getting a lawyer would be WAY over the top for this. When was the last time this guy logged in? See if you can get some forum members to help him out with remembering to pay you back

Here's what you do. Post in every thread he's posting in. Let him and others know he owes you money. If you have past PMs or anything of the sort, that'd be good to. Just to back up your claim that he does indeed owe what you say he does.

THis shows I have money to pay him, but he needs more money beacuse he just got a speeding ticket and he thinks by opening this he can come up.
