Vicarious

ok..i dont know about everyone else. but my front license plate is not simply screwed in. but instead, there are those larger white screws (dunno what they are called) and it has a large hole in the screw itself. then in the back, there is a nut. what happens is the normal screw thats supposed to go in the car goes into the white thing and then screws onto the nut in the back. i havent encountered this with my last few cars, and its kinda irritating because i get get the damn larger white screws out because its attached to the nut in the back. so are anyone elses like this or is it just mine? any suggestions?
