Default My First Z. Good price?

I'm looking at a 2003 sliver Z coupe with 42000 miles. It is a Track Z with Brembo brakes and stability control. Clean title, spoiler, CD but no Nav or Bose. $18,800. Is that a fair price? EDIT: It also has new tranny and clutch.

I've been looking at z's now for about a week, and have looked at ALOT. And that price seems high, I just test drove one from a dealer with 40k an 03 track and they were asking 17449 and were willing to go down to the 16500s so ya...To bad the tranny had a bad third gear crunch or i would of taken it. IF I were you I would try to work them down, and look for the tire feathering, and make sure it doesnt have any tranny issues.
