I say go with the Ravelco or a Kill switch hidden some where in the car.

My old boss had something similar happen to his ss-v ute, he lives next to his parents and keeps the spare key there. Their house was broken into all the spares to 4 cars inc his were stolen.
Chances are they're waiting for you to go down to the store or something, I'd have the Z locked up somewhere til you sort this out.
If you do have to have the ignition system replaced replaced since they have the key do what James Bond does and sleep with the keys under your pillow.

Jew is the correct term for someone that is Jewish, Jap is not the correct term for someone that is Japanese. The correct term is Japanese. Jap was a racist term derived in the early 20th century and heavily used during and after WWII. It isn't right to use it. No, I am not Japanese, btw.
And yeah... shoot people stealing your car FTW.

Hey,
Sorry about the "Jap" word. I honestly didn't realise it was slanderous.
I have come up with what I think is the best soluton, other than spending $2400 on locks.
I am going to replace the door cylinder lock (£28 ($48) from nissan with 2 keys, which will mean different key for manual door entry and ignition, but who uses manual key anyway?), and then I am going to set up the key fob that I have left with my ECM/BCM 5 times. This will erase all other key fob codes, including the one he has got so that he cannot open the door whatsoever.
If he still really wants to get in a breaks the window, then A: The alarm will be going mad, B: His key cannot start the car as he does not have the immobiliser as i disabled his alarm key already, and C: I went out yesterday and bought the biggest disklok available!
I know its the cheap way round doing it, and its a bit of a work around- however home insurance certinly do not want to know at all and being only 22 my car insurance is steep enough, without submitting any further claims (£950 /$1900 p/a)!
P.s. i would have loved to have shot him, and his chav mate but unfortunatley in the Uk thats frowned upon! Guns/Being allowed to protect your own property FTW lol...

there is a reciever in the car, you cant unplug it, ur windows and locks....etc wont work. even if you did that, they have a key, thats a call for new locks/ignition.... change a few tumblers in the ignition/door lock and reprogramur fob. had to be someone who knows where you keep ur car keys!!! inside job? fake azz friend? take only ur keys, nothing else sounds fishy. do they have house key? Get the locks replaced and save urself in the long run.
