Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!

Here are cliffs for anyone that wants to tackle this, lol:
I dont have plates because the dealership is having problems putting my car on my company's insurance policy. I have had 7 temporary tags so far.
Since I bought the car, my trans went bad (and was replaced by the dealer under warranty), a rodent ate the knock sensor wiring, I discovered the car was sold to me with test pipes, and there is a hole in my Y pipe. The dealership has agreed to replace the test pipes with cats and also the Y pipe.
The dealership told me they would call when the parts came in, but its been a week and 1/2 and they havent called. I am sick of driving down there. What should I do?
Also the car had no front speakers, and the dealership wanted $1200 to replace them. Eventually they brought the price down to a resonable level.
I bought my 2003 350z touring in early march. I traded in a car that was under my companies insurance in NY. I live in NJ and when i traded in the car i gave the sales man the old insurance and registration to the car i was trading in and told him i want the z to be under my company. 2 Weeks after i bought the car i get my plates in. But what did the retard do, he put the car under my name and my home address. I told them the messed up and that i wanted the car under my company. They said "sorry no problem, we'll change that for you in no time. They told me two weeks ago that my plates would come in now. But when i went to pick them up they asked for my corp #, a 3 bar code insurance card, and i copy of the registration of 1 out of the 10 cars under my company. (You would think in the past 5 moths they would ask for that information.) IM NOW ON MY 7TH F***ING TEMP!!! Then the woman in charge of the plates kept saying i had the wrong corp #. But its not going to be the same length of #'s as NJ. She told me to bring in a copy of my registration to one of the cars under my company. So i did and i said show me where the # is. She looks at in for 2 mins and says idk let me ask someone. No one in the dealer ship knew. But OBVIOUSLY i would know since i already have 10 cars under my business. So right now im waiting for some BS where they are going to find out my corp #.
Now onto the Mechanical problems i've had with the car. About a month after i bought the car my 3rd gear was griding. I brought it back and they said my warranty is over... I basically had to fight with them for a month in order to get my car check and then fixed. They told me that i would need a whole knew trans. And since they messed up they gave me the trans and did the work for free. It said on the invoice that they gave me the 009 model. While driving to work my check engine light went on... 3 codes went off. Catalytic Efficiency and two knock codes. Apparently a rodent chewed threw the knock sensor harness. When i went to do an oil change before i brought the car back to fixed, i wanted to check if they really gave me the 009 model. And what do i find with my exhaust 2 test pipes (not complaining but if i get a fix it ticket im screwed about 800 dollars for the cats.) and a hole in my Y pipe. And you would think when they fixed my Trans they would have at least notified me. I called up the sales manager and asked "do you inspect every that come to your lot before you sell it." And he said "Yes why?" I told him "you sold me a car that is not even street legal." He told me "come down and we'll figure it out." I went down 1 hour later and they told me to bring proof that i would fail inspection and they'll take it from there.... I said "How the hell am i going to get an inspection when you still haven't gotten me my plates..." They told me oh yeah your right your right. So they told me to bring the car in the next day and they'll check it out. I brought the car down and they told me its around $2000 just in parts but they said its there fault they are paying for everything.
They told me they would call me when the parts come in and its been a week and a half now and they still haven't called me. Sooo PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT OR GIVE ME SOME ADVICE. I'm calling up my insurance company and see if any of this is illegal cause im ready to sue cause of the countless times i had to go complain in person to get something down, get new temps, bring my car in. Its a 30 min drive to the dealership and im just wasting my time and gas money. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!
Oh yeah what i found ridiculous is they tried selling me the car with no front speakers and the sales manager said that it'll run $1200 and i laugh and said yeah ok and he responded saying bose is expensive.... But they knew i wasn't a sucker and brought it down to a reasonable price... God D*mn Vultures thats what they are....

is this a nissan dealership? if so just call nissan NNA and talk to them. bad tranny, no plates, no cats, no speakers etc. i think NNA will be taking care of this for you. if it is not a nissan dealer, than i don't know what tp tell you.
