some old guy pulled out in front of me 2weeks ago.. the damage wasnt near as bad though

 

LMAO!! Im glad I'm not the only person who feel's this way.. about a year ago I got railed by a 83 year old lady while crossing the street to go to a wake.. she said she never saw me.. mind you im 6'0 230..
Unfortuneatly this would never get passed cause old people all go out n vote n stuff so no politician wants to support or pass anything that would be considered annoying to them..

What makes you think the old farts in legislation would pass such a law? FWIW I agree that one should be passed...

 

She was probably driving like every other old geriatric on the road: seat pushed all the way forward as close to the steering wheel as possible

 

You guys got nothing better to do than pick on us elderly. You want to go after someone, pick on the 25 year old blonde female on a cell phone doing 30mph who drives by you as you back of a parking lot space, forcing you to slam on your brakes, and then gives you the finger as she goes by. If you're lucky she'll have a 3 and 4 year old in the back seat who will give you seconds as they go by.

Bob, I am not picking on you or the elderly as a whole, but, youv'e got to admit your the exeption to the rule, right??!!!! I thought it was state law that after 70 you must own a Buick Le Sabre in white?!! or a Crown Vic in White just to scare the **** out of me when I see one coming the other way because it looks like a Fuzz Wagon??!!!

I have had 3 accidents in the South, not one was my fault and all were elderly women.

1) Rear ended by a honda accord by a woman digging in her purse instead of watching the road.

2) A woman backed out of a space on to me while I was driving down a lane at the mall

3) This one.

Alll old. All female, I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.

 

hey pops........when exiting a parking space, YOU have to yield to traffic not the other way around.

but women should have to take the test once every 2 years as well.

How about turning around and looking behind you, maybe with your right hand behind the passenger seat headrest to help you to do so, so you can see what's behind your car or if there is anyone driving through the lot before attempting to back out? It's a CRAZY idea, but it works.
Like the feminazis would even allow that, RIIIIIGHT
