Default Has anyone here dealt with AMT?

last month (6-20) i bought a Borla exhaust from a company on eBay (AMT Hot Mods- Daytona, FL). I made sure it was a reputable company first. They said my exhaust would ship within 24hrs of my payment being accepted (which it was immediately). They also said I should receive it in 3-10 business days. After about 3 weeks of not replying to my emails I started a dispute on PayPal; they finally responded. They complained about the negative feedback before saying that they were going to refund my money on Monday since it was the weekend. Tuesday comes and my money isn't in my account, so I emailed them and asked if they refunded my money and they said they did. So I contacted PayPal and asked them how long it takes to get my money once it was refunded. They told me it should be back immediately if it came out of my bank account (which it did) and up to 30 days if it was credit. Now nearly two weeks since they claimed they refunded my money, I have e-mailed them 4 times with no response. Idk what to do. I really don't want to have to go with an attourney, but I just might have to.

yeah. i tried to make sure it was all good. They had a 97.9% pos feedback and they have their own website where they claim that they have been specializing in Nissan parts for 8 years. They dont have a phone number anywhere. I even tried to look it up on yellowpages. I almost feel like driving there to stab them in the jaw.

a. Would another call to PayPal be helpful?
b. Does Florida have a consumer complaint department? Write them a letter.
