When you hit a pole because you were "playing with a bimmer," we don't want to hear it. You probably deserve it.

We never said we didn't. We don't brag about racing on a public forum, though. Oh. That and we'd like to keep our license.

Yeah ok, bc ur gonna lose your license bc you talked about street racing on a forum right? Theres no proof that you actually raced half the people on this site lie about what they do anyway. Lets be realistic. I understand what everyones trying to say about how dangerous it is but the fact is everyone has done so unless your one of the very very few people that never has then we shoudlnt say anything baout it and just help the guy out with his question. And im not speaking directly about you supa, bc like i said i understand the point your trying to make but its just annyoing after awhile ya know?

So do they speak engish, or german, in Tennessee? Seems if you are going to insult someone you might want to use spell check yourself. And anyone here who is going to rag on a fellow owner for redlining his car should probably rethink why they bought it. I'd like to see one person truthfully say they have NEVER taken their car to triple digits, not even once. Because I have never personally met a fellow Z owner who hasn't. And I'm no teenager BTW. As far as the OP, ever seen a clean set of exhaust tips on a 350? I mean the insides. The Z is know for burning a bit rich - throttle body might need a reset. Just a thought, I'm no mechanic.

Right. We all bought 300 HP sports cars with a 150 MPH capability just to putter around town.

BTW, in Tennessee the speak a unique language called Southern English (just as we do here in NC)

hitting the limiter now and then is one thing, doing through all gears until you see smoke is another.

Hey, I've got nothing against the south, if I had a choice I would be living there, and pretty much hope to retire to NC or thereabouts some day. And I didn't think the OP was intentionally trying to blow smoke out his tail pipes either. I still think it is running rich, but again I'm no mechanic. I do know that I enjoy pushing my Z sometimes and I never felt like I was abusing it. BTW, no wrecks and 1 ticket in the last 30 years, not even any close calls for me or any other driver around me, so don't start with the speed demon thing, thank you very much. lol
