Hi Scaf:
Picked up my Chrome Silver Touring Z on the afternoon of the 27th. ZISME was right and my dealer was wrong. Dealer was surprised to see the truck arrive since he told me a few days before that it probably would come in late September due to a parts shortage. My VIN was correct as JN1AZ3473T000682. I checked Nissan.com every few hours after the message from ZISME, and saw the number listed as being at the dealer. I called the dealer and he couldn't believe it but said he would keep his eyes open. An hour later he called and said the truck was there and they had unloaded my car. Other than the lack of info, they did a good prep job and were courteous. This was his first Z to arrive. They have a big neon type billboard along route 99. He asked if he could use a pic of my car and our name as the first Z to be delivered in the area. I said OK.
Bye and thanks for the good job you are doing.

Scafremon,
I picked up mine today 08/29/02. (We are so lucky to get these cars.
)The car was available yesterday 08/28/02 but I was unable to go get it. I figure this is important if you are trying to determine time from Jacksonville until delivery.
Full impressions in the general thread.

I was moved by your quote of [/B][/QUOTE] "Est delivery originally Oct 2-revised Sept 17th

I think your "God Bless" was well said, as I feel we all are blessed of God for the opportunity of owning a 350Z. We have such a blessed country. There is no other nation with the opportunities and freedoms that we have in the good ole USA. I am thankful to be an American.
P.S. I also have AT. I now have 165 miles on it and drive in hilly country. It is a pleasure to drive this marvelous 350Z.
